EESA Karnataka Now A Reality


EESA Karnataka, which is an Association of Event Equipment & Services has now become a reality. The association which includes the entire spectrum comprising of Sound, Stage Lighting, General Lights, Trussing, Video, Gensets, Stage and Infrastructure has finally come together to serve the industry more effectively and comprehensively.

The EESA Karnataka has also announced its Association Working Committee Comprises along with their Executive Members. The Association Working Committee of ESSA Comprises President: Felix Remedios - Reynolds Inc., Vice President: Santana Davis - J Davis Prosound and Lighting, Secretary: Dorai Elangovan - AV Tec., Joint Secretary: Vinod Bangera - Systematic Inc. and Treasurer: Anil Kumar - Graflex Inc.


The Executives members of the associations are Ashok Udupa - Udapa Enterprises, Sanjay Mudartha - Acoustic Control, Sagar Reddy - ANTInc India Pvt Ltd. and Lloyd - Byford - Lloyds Pro Sound & Lights.

Few of the Important Roles which EESA will play would be:

To Bring Unity Among Vendors; To Bring Recognition to this Industry; To create Good work Culture and Harmony with the Event Management Companies and Clientele; To Create & Follow Best Practices and Safety Standards At work; To Educate and Train Members in Safety Standards; To ensure the basic needs and necessities of the manpower are taken care for at work; To Tackle the issues and hurdles to Vendors (GST and E-Way Bill's, PPL Licence, Noise Pollution, Novex, etc.); To Tackle Venue / Hotel related Issues; To Tackle Payment related issues; To Tackle wilful Defaulters; To set Industry Standard Terms and Conditions for smooth flow of Work; To ensure Safety of the Equipments at work site with proper Event Insurance and other safety measures.
