Sun Infonet Stages Launch Event for Audio Focus Ares 12 & S21



Sun Infonet, Delhi based Pro Audio and Pro AV solutions distributor has been continuously gaining applause and attention since the time it has launched the campaign for promoting its latest brand acquisition Audio Focus. The company has captivated the who’s who of the audio industry with the actual launch of the products at a specially devised, trendsetting programme in Goa.

Furthermore, Sun Infonet has also conducted a grandlaunch event to formally introduce Audio Focus Ares 12 (line array speakers) along with S21 (subwoofers). The event took place on 18th& 19th of June, at Hotel Bay 15, Goa and was attended by a large group of prominent dealers, consultants,and sound engineers.

While explaining about the setup Rohit Reddy, Product Manager for Suninfonet says, “the set-up for the entire event comprised of the pair the newly launched speakers - the ARES 12on the extreme. The ARES has a dual 12’’ speaker for LF, eight 3’’ drivers delivering outstanding MF and two 1’’ HF exit compression drivers and power capacity of 1200 W (LF) / 340 W (MF) / 140 W (HF). They were flown as six Ares 12 per side and there also were the newly launched S21 active subwoofers with 21” LF B&C Custom made, 4,5” Voice coil andpeak power 142 dB / 145 dB, four of which were placed per side of the venue.”

The event began with a seminar which was conducted by Mr. Thomas from Audio Focus. He explained about the audio focus products and the principle on which they work. After the seminar, everyone moved to the venue where all the attendees got a chance to hear both the newly launched products through an innovative live demonstration done by Audio Focus team. Firstly they played the playback music. Finally, to conclude the evening of the day the company arranged for a live band performance by the professionals.

People across the country were invited. Many renowned companies had already joined in from Guwahati, Chennai, Bangalore, etc. Tanmay Masurkar, Assistant manager Live sound for SunInfonet, commented, “Goa was chosen as a destination so that people could come and relax before coming to the launch event. On reaching the destination point with a relaxed state of mind, people could focus and listen. The entertaining seminars like this certainly help the users to listen to the actual sound of the product before taking a decision.”

A pleasant weather seamlessly complemented the demo. The conference was a lively interaction between the manufacturers, direct dealers,and distributors which also answered all the queries of the audience relating to manufacturing and technology. It was a much productive combination of the B2B and the direct B2C interaction.

The Belgian co-owner Michael Monsieur also attended the event as the pillars of branding and marketing. Withthe whole heart and soul of the companyis present in India, it was a sheer live learning and training experience. Having the considerable amount of focus on the technical aspect as well, the event became quite a well-balanced one. It was learning the theory through seminars, then practical example and then let the fun in. So, with the users getting the demo of the sound through a live performance, they get to learn and understand what the speakers can do right from the theory to the practical application.
