Published on 12th December, 2025

The unveiling of the 77-feet bronze statue of Prabhu Shri Ram at Shree Samsthana Gokarna Partagali Jeevottama Math which was marks a landmark moment in India’s cultural and spiritual heritage. Celebrating 550 years of the Math’s legacy, this historic occasion was illuminated by Leksa Lighting, which executed the complete engineering, design, manufacturing and installation of the lighting system for both the statues and the convention centre. Illuminating a structure of this scale required technical expertise, precision and thoughtful design. Leksa installed over 100 high performance projector luminaires, positioned strategically to enhance the statue’s contours, bronze finish and towering presence. Each luminaire placement was meticulously planned to ensure uniform brightness, long-term durability and a breathtaking visual experience from multiple viewing angles. A state-of-the-art DMX based control system enables the statue to shift between warm devotional themes and vibrant festive scenes. Leksa’s RGBW projector luminaires provide high brightness and refined optical performance, supporting programmable lighting effects for religious events, cultural programs and public gatherings. Moving head fixtures further elevate the ambience with dynamic motion and beam control. Beyond the statue, Leksa delivered a full exterior lighting package covering the temple façade, landscaped gardens, pathways, public areas and the convention centre. Inside the auditorium, a comprehensive stage lighting system including spotlights, wash lights, ambient fixtures and drapery systems was installed to support spiritual talks, cultural performances and multipurpose events. All luminaires were designed and manufactured at Leksa’s advanced Moodbidri facility, reinforcing its “Make in India” commitment. Over the years, Leksa Lighting has built a strong and diverse client bank comprising architects, lighting consultants, government departments, heritage committees, corporate developers, temples and hospitality groups across India and overseas- trusted for reliability, engineering depth and timely project execution. This project stands as a proud achievement for Mangalore and reflects Leksa Lighting’s growing role in illuminating iconic national landmarks- celebrating heritage, elevating devotion and redefining architectural lighting, one monument at a time.
