Leksa Lighting Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has been recognised among India’s Top 100 MSME enterprises, receiving the honour from the MSME Udyog Foundation at a ceremony held in New Delhi on 8 August 2026.

The recognition marks a significant milestone for the Karnataka-based lighting technology manufacturer, which has grown from its roots in the rural region of Niddodi and Moodbidri under the leadership of Founder Ronald Sylvan D'Souza. Over the years, the company has built a reputation through its focus on indigenous manufacturing, technological innovation, and a strong commitment to quality standards.

According to reports, Leksa's growth has been driven by continuous investment in research and development, alongside the adoption of disciplined manufacturing practices and an emphasis on delivering Made-in-India lighting solutions. The company has expanded its reach across domestic and international markets, establishing itself as a recognised name within the professional lighting sector.

Commenting on the achievement, D'Souza attributed the honour to the collective efforts of the company's employees: "This honour is not my achievement alone. It is the result of the hard work of every member of the Leksa family, our customers, partners, my family and everyone who has placed their trust in us."

For the professional lighting industry, the recognition highlights the growing role of Indian manufacturers in developing competitive technology-led solutions for both domestic and global markets. It also underscores the increasing prominence of home-grown enterprises that continue to invest in innovation, production excellence and long-term industry development.
