Hotel Royal Bishnu in Baharampur, West Bengal is designed to cater to both business and leisure travelers, the hotel features elegantly furnished rooms and suites, state-of-the-art conference and banquet facilities, and an array of modern amenities including high-speed WiFi, an indoor pool, and multiple dining options. Its versatile spaces host a range of gatherings from corporate meetings to social celebrations — all requiring clear, consistent, and immersive sound.

To complement this vision, the management sought a professional audio system that would enhance guest experiences across every zone of the property, ensuring that sound quality matched the hotel’s high standards of service and ambience.

Hotel Royal Bishnu’s management envisioned a sound system that could match the sophistication of their property — precise, reliable and effortless to use. The installation was tailored to accommodate multiple use cases, from serene background music to high-output event sound reinforcement. With an emphasis on long-term reliability and service ease, the system architecture was designed to be scalable, allowing each zone to function independently or as part of a larger networked environment.

The following British Acoustics products were deployed:

• VE-105 TC & VE-108 TC ceiling speakers in corridors and general areas, for smooth and evenly distributed audio throughout the property
• Onyx 210 XTW outdoor speakers for weather-resistant coverage across exterior zones
• VS 104 T speakers inside the conference hall, paired with Contract 350RT amplification for a controlled and articulate sound environment suited for meetings, presentations, and hosted events

All British Acoustics amplification and loudspeaker solutions were paired with OSL conferencing systems, ensuring seamless integration, clear communication, and efficient control across all zones.
