Two leading AV rental companies in Pune, AS Sound and Balanced Boxes, have recently upgraded their inventories with the Amate Audio XA211 line array system, distributed by Eminent AV, Amate Audio’s official distributor in India. This markes a significant step forward in event audio capabilities across Maharashtra.

AS Sound, a long-standing name in high-performance sound solutions, was an early adopter of Amate Audio’s Xcellence Series, previously using the X210 active line array system. The company has now transitioned to the XA211, a next-generation dual 10-inch active line array module designed for improved clarity, extended throw and higher output. The XA211 system delivers a total amplifier power of 3000W, with 2500W dedicated to the low-frequency driver and 500W to the high-frequency driver. It supports an active and passive combination for flexible deployment and incorporates advanced DSP, FIR filtering and Class D amplification. Remote DSP control software is available for both Windows and macOS platforms.

AS Sound’s updated inventory includes twelve XA211 and XA211P modules forming the main PA, supported by X102FD point-source speakers for front fill. Low-end reinforcement is provided by dual 18-inch subwoofers rated at 4800W, ensuring deep and punchy bass for large venues.

Balanced Boxes, another prominent rental provider in Pune, has also adopted the XA211 system to enhance sound delivery for concerts, corporate events and large-scale productions. Their inventory comprises eight XA211 and XA211P modules for the main PA, paired with dual 18-inch subwoofers delivering 4800W for high SPL output and extended bass response. This investment enables Balanced Boxes to deliver consistent, high-fidelity audio across a wide range of applications.

The Amate Audio XA211 combines dual 10-inch neodymium woofers with a 1.4-inch HF compression driver and integrated DSP control, offering precise sound reproduction, long-throw coverage and robust reliability for demanding live environments.
