Ansata Highlights Premium Audio Technologies and Immersive Workflows at PALM Expo 2026

PALM Expo 2026 served as an opportunity for Ansata to showcase a range of professional audio technologies while facilitating conversations around immersive audio, networked workflows, and the future of sound reinforcement.

At the forefront of the showcase was d&b audiotechnik, a major attraction throughout the event. One of the standout highlights was the d&b CCL, a compact cardioid line array that generated significant interest among rental companies and production professionals. Combining powerful performance, controlled directivity, and a compact footprint, the system attracted attention from visitors seeking versatile solutions for touring productions, corporate events, houses of worship, and performance venues.

Adding to the excitement was the Indian debut of the d&b U-Series. Being showcased in the country for the first time, the system drew considerable interest from engineers and venue operators eager to experience its capabilities firsthand. The response reinforced the growing demand for premium loudspeaker systems that deliver exceptional clarity, coverage, and flexibility across a variety of applications.

A key theme throughout the exhibition was the industry's increasing adoption of networked audio workflows. Demonstrations featuring multiple systems operating within a Dante ecosystem highlighted the flexibility, scalability, and interoperability that modern production environments require.

Visitors also showed strong interest in AVID’s live sound solutions, including the S6L-32D and S6L-24D control surfaces paired with the E6LX-256 engine. The platform's processing power, workflow efficiency, and reliability generated valuable discussions among engineers and production companies. The Waves LV1 Classic console also attracted attention for its compact design, intuitive operation, and extensive processing capabilities, making it an appealing solution for a wide range of live sound applications.

Microphone technologies formed another important part of the showcase. DPA Microphones received an enthusiastic response, with the DDK4000 Drum Microphone Kit and 4099 Core+ instrument microphone emerging as few of the most talked-about products at the exhibition. Its ability to capture detailed and natural drum performances resonated strongly with both live sound engineers and recording professionals.

The booth also featured demonstrations of Trinnov Audio's optimisation technologies through a d&b audiotechnik loudspeaker system, allowing visitors to experience the benefits of advanced room optimisation and loudspeaker calibration.

One of the defining experiences of PALM Expo 2026 was the d&b Soundscape demonstration hosted at the Ansata Experience Centre. The sessions witnessed overwhelming participation, with many attendees specifically scheduling time to experience object-based audio and immersive sound reproduction in a dedicated listening environment. The enthusiastic response reflected the industry's growing interest in immersive technologies and their application across live entertainment, performing arts venues, houses of worship, corporate environments, and experiential spaces.

Beyond the technologies on display, PALM Expo 2026 enabled Ansata to strengthen relationships with existing customers while connecting with new organisations exploring investments in premium audio solutions. Through product demonstrations, technical discussions, and valuable industry interactions, the exhibition once again highlighted the growing demand for world-class audio technologies and future-ready workflows across the Indian professional audio market.
